A kelpie is a creature that pretends to be a beautiful horse that you can ride, but takes you with it into the ocean and drowns you there. I love that concept of a horse actively trying to kill you, so I made a swamp Kelpie. The colours are like the moss growing on the trees in swamps and thus give it perfect camouflage in case it isn’t disguised as a horse.
